Community Translations, Inc. is a California‑registered interpreting and translation agency with more than two decades of experience serving municipal, educational, nonprofit, and private clients throughout California and the Cali‑Baja region. The company is led by Mariana Lopez, a seasoned professional interpreter and translator with deep roots in the San Diego–Tijuana border region.
Founded after Ms. Lopez immigrated to the United States from Mexico
Community Translations was built in response to a growing need for skilled, culturally informed language professionals. Today, we are trusted partners to city governments, school districts, environmental organizations, and community‑based institutions that require accurate, ethicaL.
Our long‑standing relationships with public agencies—including over a decade of service to the City of Chula Vista—reflect our commitment to professionalism, reliability, and excellence in every assignment we accept.
